Do you see an old man or young woman?
Some viewers will see the image of an old man when they look at it, while others will see the back of a young woman’s head.

I voted young woman because that is what I saw instantly!
 Than quickly I saw a grumpy old man on the right side! But my eye caught the left side first, the young woman!

Because of the "scroll down" nature of the computer screen, and the lower positioning of the details in the old man's face.....(relative to the female's recognizable characteristics) I saw the woman first
