Default What shows do you watch on MeTV and Antenna TV?

Are there shows you watch on these 2 networks?

I don’t watch as much as I used to but when I can, these are pretty much the only shows I watch on the channels.

MeTV:
The Andy Griffith Show
Gomer Pyle
Green Acres

Antenna TV:
Bewitched
Hazel
The Jeffersons
Alice

In the morning, I pick between Jack Benny on Antenna and MeTV's cartoons. In the evening, I pick among Andy, Barney Miller, and Frasier on Cozi. This is somewhat stupid because I have Barney Miller on DVD, but I do it from habit.

I watch Decades more than anything else now. They have basically the MeT.V schedule of 10 years or so ago: Lucy, MTM, DvD, Bob ewhart and Odd Couple in the afternoon, and DvD, Cheers, Taxi, and Bob Newhart late night.

I liked the early Chrissy seasons the best, that is before she started bleaching her hair and becoming too dumb which I couldn't stand. Ok was the Cindy episodes as the roommate, and the Teri episodes only with Cindy still around as a friend, but after that it started losing appeal too much. I really wish they would have tried a black roommate moving in as a new roommate to change things up a bit.

I don't have any of these stations but I do get one in Canada that might be even better because it has classic shows that you would get to watch on both Antenna and MeTV except that they don't save their best series for the early morning hours. That's just dumb. Of course, I'm talking about the best retro TV channel in all of North America and that's CHCH in Hamilton. This is what I watch and tape on it every weekday.

Mornings

10:00 am I Love Lucy
10:30 The Danny Thomas Show
11:00 The Andy Griffith Show
11:30 My Three Sons

Afternoons

3:30 That Girl
4:00 Laverne & Shirley
4:30 Mork & Mindy
5:00 The Dick Van Dyke Show
5:30 Happy Days

Coming soon: (June 2022)

The Partridge Family and Gilligan's Island

Can your channels have a schedule like this? I say no way!

Typically

TV Land

Gunsmoke*
Andy Griffith*

METv

The Fugitive
Star Trek*
Bat Man
Dick Van Dyke
Best of Ed Sullivan*
The Honeymooners
The Twilight Zone*
Time Tunnel**
The Invaders**

One asterisk = I have it on TV as back ground while I surf the net, and stop to watch only the episodes I have a fondness for
Two astersiks = I only watch on rare occasion when it's worth getting up to see a specific episode

Batman, just because I haven't seen them in 50+ years......I expect once through the cycle and I'll be "good for life". Thing I'm finding interesting about Batman are the guest stars, who meant nothing to me when I originally watched the series.
