I'm looking for the episode number ( and perhaps the quotes)in which Andy (on the porch) comments on the fact that it's hot out and suggests that they go for an icecream. Discussion follows but they never do go for icecream.

Im not sure of the number for that show but i know the one you mean. this is the one that they try to organize a band concert after church on sunday. andy and barney are on the porch and andy suggests they go get some icecream. the conversation that follows is aunt bee comes out as their leaving and asks them whats their hurry so they sit back down. thats why they never go get the icecream. hope this helps you find the episode. jobo

The name of the episode is "Sermon for Today" and the episode number is 100.
