Growing up my first childhood celebrity crush was country singer Dwight Yoakam and I could never figure out why Dwight Yoakam was my crush but for reason I just liked him and I still do today. Then when Home Alone came out in 1990 Macaulay Calkin became my crush and I thought he was cute not in the crush type but cute and talent. Then when I grew older my mother claimed I liked Lorenzo Llamas from Renegade which is sort of true because he was handsome and cute and when my mother and I used to see reruns of Renegade on H&I she would tease me about it a lot

I think that I had a crush on Laura Petrie before I even understood what crushes were even about.

And then Nancy Sinatra, which now in retrospect, makes me queasy even thinking about, because her father was such a heart throb to earlier generations. Seems like the more I learned about Frank, the more I felt cheapened over my earlier feelings for Nancy. But yeah, I did run right out and bought the edition of Playboy that she appeared in, in her 50's (yikes!)

I think I had a thing for Grace Slick at one time, but I suspect it was mostly an 'anarchy' fetish. What I wanted was the Flower girl from the song by the Cowsills, and I think that I settled for Grace.

Speaking of which, I thought Bernardine Dohrn had a sort of "hot" charm about her.

And then I started dating, and discovered in my first real girlfriend, an uncanny resemblance to Katharine Ross. And I was like "you know honey, if you fixed your hair like her....."

And she just kind of picked up the ball and ran with it. hair, make up, mannerisms. It was great fun at first, but unfortunately too many people noticed. And before long she was on to bigger and better opportunities.

Elisabeth Shue

I first saw her when I was 10 years old when I saw The Karate Kid at the movie theater in 1984. I then wanted her to be my babysitter after seeing her in Adventures in Babysitting. She still looks great many years later at age 58.

I'm with Torgo on Kim Richards. I like her long blonde hair and voice. Tuff Turf is a favorite.

Yes, Tuff Turf is really good, and it definitely brought back my crush for her when it was released.
