My friend is a big fan and I am looking for the episode in which Barney recites the Preamble to the Constitution. Could you please tell me what episode in which he did that? And, do you know if I could purchase it on videotape from someone or somewhere? Thanks for your help...

Don't know the specific name but it's the episode when Opie accidentally gets all "A's" on his report card and Andy buys him a new bike.
