Default All Family Feud Fans

E! network is doing an E! True Hollywood story over Family Feud. Sounds like it may be interesting just from the title of it. Is Family Feud cursed? I apologize if this has already been posted.

http://www.eonline.com/On/Holly/Shows/Feud/index.html

Good luck trying to watch the special, because E! is really running the Anna Nicole Smith reality show into the ground.

That Anna Nicole thing looks freaky. That woman just has no brain whatsoever.

The special looks like one big bashfest too, but I'm still going to watch it. I just have to see what they say about Richard.

Cathy,

I am over here lmao at what you said about Anna. It's true though.

It does look like a bashfest. I doubt they will spend much on Richard or Louie. I bet the most they will talk about is Ray's suicide.

Cool They've already talked about Ray in an episode about Ray

They have already had the story about Ray Combs. It aired back in 1997 or 1998. It has been repeated many times since. Keep watching E! if you would like to see it!

LOL! So I'm watching this and that commercial with her comes on where she's ridding that horse statue. It took me like 6 times to realize she said "Put a quarter in." AHHHH!!!!

Anyway, LOL, I missed the Richard part. Shame on me, but I have it taped. I was surprised that it wasn't as bashing as I thought. I think the point hit that Richard IS Family Feud and every host after him will have to live up to him.

Shoot- I missed it the first time and I think I've missed half of it the second time. I hope they talked about Louie first, if that's the case I've only missed about 20 minutes of it.

Well, of course I turned it to E! just in time to see an Anna commericial. I really hate my luck. lol

Default For all the late comers

If you caught only half or didn't catch the Family Feud story at all: It does come on again.

WEDNESDAY
7/31 9 a.m.: Tonya Harding
4:30 p.m.: Gilligan’s Island
8 p.m.: Family Feud

Personal Note to Self- It is a 2 hour special, not 1 hour.

Maybe I'll remember now. lol

I thought that Ray Combs stuff was lifted! The 1997 caption kept coming up during the parts about him so I'm like "Is this borrowed footage?". It wasn't a big deal, I hadn't seen the THS on him in years, so it was like watching it for the first time.

The Louie stuff stunned me. All the gay alegations in the tabloids were somewhat true! But at least he copped to it.

I don't see the show lasting much longer with Karn at the helm. But the Feud's mode of survival is go away for a few years, then come back and reel in a new audience along with the old ones who say "I forgot how good this game is!"

I did catch the last hour where they talked about Louie. I was kind of surprised that Louie was fired. I just thought he quit or was just tired of doing the show.

I don't know how Karn's version of the feud will be. My favorite feud host will always be Ray Combs. It's just such a tragedy how his life ended.

Even though I missed half of the Feud HS, at least I did get to see Ray's HS. Hopefully, I'll be able to see the whole Feud special on Weds.

I still haven't seen the first 45 minutes of this....well, I saw the first 10, then went to eat, but anyway.

Ray's THS is sad. He was just in so much pain. I'm glad though that they at least made it seem like losing Feud was not the only thing that drove him over the edge. So many things contributed to his unhappiness.

But the main thing I learned from this special...Howard Felsher was the real problem, not Richard or Ray. He was the one with the ego, he was the problem. They should have fired his derriere long ago.
