Jack Riley was on the 7th season episode "I Married Dick" as a patient of a psychologist who said she had to do years of therapy to undo damage done to him by a psychologist he used to see in Chicago

Bill Daily guested on Newhart as a guy who moves in next door.

Bobby Ramsen was a night club comic on Newhart, played a bunch of roles on Bob Newhart Show.

Edit: Bill Quinn, Richard Stahl did multiple roles on both shows.

Also: Daniel J. Travanti was the original Mr. Gianelli on Bob Newhart Show. By the time Newhart rolled around, he was famous and did a cameo as himself.
