Default I finally got Decades Network

When my mom was watching TV she unearthed a bunch of new channels and one of the channels my mom was lucky to find was Decades and I would like to know a little more about it? From what Mom saw of Decades it has The Honeymooners The George Burns And Gracie Allen Show and many others and she says Decades is so much better than METV. I tried looking for Decades Network on my TV but my TV doesn't have it. Is Decades Network and METV owned by the same company?

I have METV with Dish Network but no Decades. I wish Dish would carry it.

I have DISH and they currently do not carry Decades. Although the past two years, DISH got back H&I, Cozi TV and last September MeTV Plus. So hopefully they continue the trend and they get Decades soon. I also have Start TV which is also Weigel owned but this channel is not retro enough for me.

Yes Decades is a sister network to METV

it used be part own by CBS/Weigel Broadcasting CBS swop it half in decades to Weigel Broadcasting and became partner in start tv network. metv/decades/H&I other sister network

It's confusing, isn't it Although I eventually expect the 2nd MeTV Channel, METV+ to eventually replace DECADES.

ME TV, DECADES, MOVIES!, START TV and H & I are all owned by Weigel Broadcasting and ME TV and START TV used to be partially owned by CBS which is why they have mostly CBS shows and some shows are on both ME TV and DECADES

You can get Decades through an indoor or outdoor antenna with a converter box. I think I gave close to $100 for both at Best Buy a few years ago. But you have to live within 60 miles of the tv stations to get it and not all stations are available depending on where you live. I get the local ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, The CW, Bounce, Crime TV, Rewind, Antenna TV, ION, ION Plus, Charge, Qubo, Laff, My TV 30, Get TV, Comet, Start TV, Decades, Charge, Cozi, Escape, Circle, plus some other channels. Once you buy the antenna & converter box you don't have to pay a monthly bill. It's worth checking it out.

I saw Decades for the very first time this morning and from what I saw of it Decades is so much better than METV and has more shows and even some original exclusive shows too. This morning Decades showed The Mary Tyler Moore Show and it still looks amazing as it did. Decades also has a show called The Inside Story which tells the history of retro sitcoms and this week's The Inside Story is about The Mary Tyler Moore Show. And I think with it's popularity Decades will become more popular than METV
Overall Grade: A+

Decades does something unique every weekend where they air a particular show all weekend starting at noon on Saturday.
