Question for everyone regarding sun - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Do you burn? Do you tan? Do you burn then turn tan? Do you burn, and stay burnt for weeks, until it fades to a sickly white glow? Do you have a sickly white glow, no mater what you do? Are you black so it doesn't really matter? Are you a future melamoma sufferer because of your over-exposure to damaging UV rays? Do you sit inside in the darkest corner with a flashlight and a 9 inch TV to aviod the light? Do you have red hair, which causes you to have genetically fair and sensitive skin which turns into a peeling mess of dead skin cells when you are exposed to the sun without a hat, sunglasses, 50 SPF sunscreen, and an umbrella? Do you already have skin cancer because of the sun? Have you previously died of skin cancer, and been resurrected? Are you Ozzy Osbourne?

I tan in the summer, but first I freckle so it may very well be that my tan is just one huge freckle!!!!!

Burn really bad the first time, which turns into tan...then i tan for the rest of the summer.

but I tan pretty well. I'm dark complected (I guess) so I never burn.

Yep, that's me. I try to get a tan and I fail every single time.

I do burn when I am in sun for long periods of time. If I get a major sunburn my skin begins to peel and I get nothing out of it expect the pain. BUT if I get a minor sunburn my skin does get a little tan. But for this summer, I plan to get my tan by laying in a tanning bed! woohoo!

I tan really easy if I put sunscreen on our I burn but I don't burn really bad just enough that it hurts when I take a warm shower or lay in bed other wise I tan really well.

I had a tan earlier but then I lost it because my grandmother got sick and crap and never got to lay out. So now I'm pale again. But I really don't care. But I burn really easily.

i have a tan but i get darker when i stay in the sun. but i don't get sunburned or anything.

I tan after being in the sun for a few days. I tan easily. I only burn if I'm outside for a long time, and in an open area without much shade nearby, like at a pool or a beach.
