Mr. Bradley on "Alice" - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Here is John Lawlor in an episode of Alice. This is pre-Facts of Life and pre-Phyllis.

The episode is a bit of a mess (Alice clearly sees Mr. Whatshisname leave the restaurant, so why is she caught off guard when Detective Henderson says he's fled the restaurant? And why is there a weird peach-themed subplot clogging up this storyline?), but John Lawlor clearly played Mr. Bradley and Detective Henderson in a similar manner. I can see why he got the Bradley role without an audition.

And John Lawlor's character in Phyllis is very similar to Mr. Bradley. Just like Phyllis is very similar to Beverly Ann.
