Default National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation Connection to Sitcoms

Can you name all the Sitcom Connections to this film

Doris Roberts who plays Ellen Griswalds mom was on the middle and you can see the middle house in this film. Doris was also on All In The Family & Full House.

The film is also on the set of the middle and Young Sheldon.

Clark’s Boss is also the boss of Frankie Heck from the middle.

E.G. Marshall who plays Ellen Griswalds Dad was on The Brady Bunch.

Of course Doris had a much larger role on Everybody Loves Raymond.

I'd forgotten about Frankie's boss on the first few seasons of The Middle.

And an of-course much younger E. G. Marshall as the school principal in a one-shot role on The Brady Bunch.

TBS really cut a lot out of that movie a few weeks ago. AMC or whatever channel it was on next showed it way more complete.

In the movie also Rusty was watching It’s A Wonderful life showing Donna Reed. I believe The Donna Reed Show was also filmed on the same set as this film.

Johnny Galecki who was Rusty in the National Lampoons Christmas Vacation Movie was on Roseanne and The Conners, while on The Conners his girlfriend happen to be Juliette Lewis.Who was Audrey on National Lampoons Christmas Vacation Movie.

Juliett Lewis who was Audrey on this film was on The Wonder Years (1988) as Wayne’s girlfriend.

The cop who was in charge of the Police Squad in the final segment of the movie played the cop arresting Dan on Roseanne after he beat up Jackie’s boyfriend on Roseanne.

Galecki who was on The Big Bang Theory to that the spin-off show Young Sheldon is the same set of this movie.

John Randolph was Clark’s dad in this movie and also Roseanne’s dad on Roseanne. (E.G. Marshall who was also on this film played a different Mr.Randolph on The Brady Bunch). (lol)!

John Randolph was Emily Hartley's father on the Bob Newhart Show.

John Randolph was also George Costanza's father in an early episode of Seinfeld (The Handicap Spot), but the scene was later re-shot with Jerry Stiller as George's father.
