I started dieting on June 1, 2019. I was 240 then. I got to my lowest weight a week after my gym closed up. I was down to 150 then, a ninety pound loss in other words. Where am I now. Sadly I have gained back a good deal of what I lost, but I have no intention of ever being where I was before my diet.

I pretty much stayed away from just about everything, but that right there is one reason why I went back some to what I used to eat before dieting. Carbs are what I stayed away from and sadly certain foods that are important in other ways, like milk for example, have carbs in them. |
