Did Big Money Grip had sex with Esther?

In the 3th season episode of "Mama's Baby, Papa's Maybe", Big Money Grip come calling from St. Louis saying that he is Lamont's actual father. He claimed that Lamont is his son because one night he sneaked into Elizabeth room.

But later we found out that he actually went to her sitser's bedroom (Esther) in the dark by mistake. And since he claim Lamont is his son, they must had sex or something.

Now one wonder what would have happened if Esther actually did have a child from him as even thought of it was too much for Grip. When Grip realizes this, he recoils -- saying "Me? and her!?" shuddering as he leaves the Sanford residence!

I bet Esther knew about it but pretend it didn't happen as to not tarnish her image as Bible-toting christian. I mean who coudn't remember if somebody sneak into your room at night
