Television show from the 80's/90's?
About the show "...it was about 3 ppl who lived in an apartment... their names were jacob, zack and then there was a girl but i cant remember her name... and they had a smal train set that went from inside their apartment to outside on the balcony... they would use it to bring them things like orange juice or sumthing... and they would always have children over and be teaching them stuff too... i remember an episode when they were playing a trick on someone and pretended to be statues..."

The name Zack conjures up images of the WB sitcom "Zoe, Duncan, Jack And Jane."
