Bubba never said anything that made sense on the show. Do you think he was slow?

He was supposed to be somewhat dimwitted. But I wouldn't say "slow" as if he had a mental disability. I look at him the same way I see Barney Rubble. lol��

Thats pretty good comparison. I never thought of it that way LOL

Bubble character had some of funniest line on the show. In one episode, Bubble tell Fred to hurry up if they are going to drive in movie. Bubble said last time they went to drive in late, they had to park right up front. And with Fred watching couple next door necking and getting excited, he fogged up half of windshield and they only saw half the picture
