Where was this recorded from? Are these ABC originals?

The Pilot is not original, but other than that, they could be originals... I am not sure, though, because the original commercials are not there... These episodes are about 8.5/10 quality and I am very much open to any negotiations about the price... $40 is my asking price, because I paid more than $40 for them and I am trying to recoup my investment...
