I never understood in the season 3 episode Odd Man Out why was Kevin and Paul were rejecting Doug. He was nice. Maybe they thought he was too desperate and needy?

Yeah agree I think it was personality difference doug was more outgoing and talkative while kevin was more introverted quite he had few friends Doug seemed more open to having new friends in his life while kevin was not
