Herbert The Pervert. I can watch every single episode he’s in back-to-back and he’s the most unnecessary and not needed character. He’s always talking about how he’s got popsicles in the “cellar” for the little boys. Well, what they made out of, NYQUIL?

Also, the way he pines after Chris is disgusting and how the police hasn’t been called on him is beyond me.
