Rollo inviting Lamont to go see X rated films

In several episodes, Rollo invites Lamont to go see X rated films in local theater. Even in one episode, Fred complain to Rollo why he asking Lamont to go see those type of movies since he might not be mature enough to handle it.

I find it odd that somebody invite a male friend to go see a skin flick. If I remember correctly from late70's/early 80's, one usually go to see those type of movies alone since you didn't want anybody to find out. It would have been embarrassing.

And if x rated theater is local, one would park their cars a block away so no friend or family member know you went to that theater. Stealth mode was name of the game for seeing those type of films
