How many times have we heard from others "you are too sensitive, toughen up" blah blah blah. Well being an empath personality is a wonderful healing power.

My daughter is highly sensitive and unfortunately she ended up married to a pretty extreme narcissist. The marriage was full of trouble and ended in divorce and she ended up with a lot of damage to her health, she has worked hard to return to a better balance in her life. And not get involved with those who use one as "doormats". They are out there.

And thru hearing all this personality trait, I've gone back into my own life and it all starts with parents, their parents, even while in the womb, and I too was married to a non empath, also ended in divorce.

I've run into SO MANY un-empaths in recent months on forums and have tried to tolerate some of them and have had to totally walk away...

I pick up others 'vibes' and emotions and that can really drain me. I try to clear my mind and be the energy I want to attract.

We can do that a lot in our lives and avoid those who drain us but there are times we are fooled or the real person doesn't come out until deep into relationships.

The issue here is empath personality is NOT a weak trait. It's a strong trait.
