Forrest Gump is my #1 film of all time...but some ******* on Facebook says that they'd disrespect someone who loves the film...**** him!
I just want to unfriend the bastard because of it! Sure, Jenny was a **** and took advantage of Gump, but...it's only a ****ing movie! |

Forrest Gump is the best movie that I've ever seen.

Mom and I saw Forrest Gump when it first debuted in theaters and my mother and I originally gonna see The Lion King in the theater but Mom wanted to see Forrest Gump and so we saw it and I can see why it's so amazing each time you watch it. And who can forget the awesome soundtrack full of great 60's music that fit Forrest Gump like a glove. But I think what makes Forrest Gump so great is that Tom Hanks played Forrest Gump to perfection so well. I think they did an awesome job of putting Winston Groom's novel of the same name to the big screen. I often wonder why they hadn't made the sequel Gump And Company into a movie as well? But what makes this movie such a classic film is it bought us the iconic phrases "Run Forrest Run" and Stop Forrest Stop" and introduced the restaurant chain Bubba Gump Shrimp Company to the world with it's iconic mascot Louie the shrimp. So I think this movie is where Tom Hanks's star really shined and it proved that he could and still can do anything in Hollywood. And remember "life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get"
