I watch Ange reruns alot, but never can seem to catch the one where Barney tries to recite the preamble. What's the episode? It's about the funniest 2 minutes ever!

The episode your speaking of is Opie's Ill-gotten gains, episode 103.
This is the one where Opie gets an A in math and Helen made a mistake and it should have been an F.
