On the 19th of last month, I started a thread called "A Lot of Linkage". I explained to the reader that one of the things that had inspired me to post this thread was a "Brady Bunch" episode that was on in syndication the previous Sunday. In this episode, we got to see the character of Mrs. Brady swishing herself around in a very pretty outfit that included a pair of black patient leather boots. I thought she looked quite glamorous! Whenever I see an attractive women in a pair of boots, I measure her appearance against that of Julie from this show. In my opinion, Julie from "Gimme a Break!" is the end all of be all of babes who looks good in boots! I then went over to the "Will and Grace" page and posted a message there. That is because Grace from that series is another female that I think looks hot in boots. I thought she looked especially nice in the leather skirt that she was wearing with her new boots. After this, I went over to the "Brady Bunch" page and wrote about how an episode of their show effected my posts on all of these other pages. Somewhere in among all of this, I also posted a message on the "Mad About You" page. So far, none of these threads have any replies. However, in all of these pages except for the "Will and Grace" other people have started new threads that have pushed mine further down the page. Right before I came here, I started a new thread on that page telling my "Will and Grace" buddies what had gone on. I called that thread, "Getting Passed Over". My purpose of posting this thread is to admit to defeat in thinking of a topic that anyone thought worthy of a reply!

The first thing that I am curious about is where you got the picture that you attached to this reply. I thought that the boots that the lady had on looked pretty good. However, I would love to see what her face looked like! On top of all of this, I would be interested in knowing what you think of my observations as to the way that stores and advertising companies jump the gun in terms of their seasonal items.
