Bub Has Another Song To Sing
Bub's at it again, singing like a songbird. On the latest Sounds Like Radio show Volume 75 Bill Frawley sings another "old one". I liked this Vol. 75 also because you get to hear several '50's TV stars singing songs too from records released at the time. Peter Gunn's nightclub singer Lola Albright sings a song from her album and Gail Davis (TV's Annie Oakley) also has a song to offer. There's a special song from Ukelele Ike too (the voice of Jiminy Cricket), very touching. It's a good show, first 15 minutes is music then comes The Great Gildersleeve and then it's another 15 minutes of music. I find these weekly shows very enjoyable.
