Looking for Total Recall (1990) Workprint - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hey guys,
So a few days ago, I recieved a message from a guy claiming to have a Total Recall workprint on VHS but he lost the tape. No extra scenes but different music. Anyone have any info or have a copy?

Guy here claimed to have it years ago but wouldn't give it out to anyone. Said same thing you did has a alternate sound track and has nothing different.

Had this on VHS, I remember the Aliens soundtrack & different titles as well.

Unfortunately not, the tapes were stored in a cellar & got damp.

I saw the workprint of "Total Recall" back in 1991 from what I can remember it had the following differences compared to the theatrical release.

- Different soundtrack ( Aliens / Star Trek II like the early trailers of the film)
- Special effects missing near the last chapter of the film
- Mars dream sequence in the beginning shorter
- A few missing scenes including no opening credits like the theatrical cut.

Sadly I can't confirm if certain takes are different considering it's been a long time.
I'm also looking for that version of the film its really rare.
