Thanks Retro and Bonnie. I appreciate the kind words. It's just been really hard for me lately and I'm just frustrated and unhappy.

Praying for you mets82. I don't know if this will help, but I read an article this morning from MoneyTalkNews called 35 Clever Ways To Make Extra Money. It had some good ideas.

Re-initiating what I sent you the last time, PLEASE LOOK INTO THEM
Hopefully one of these sites can help you better with what your needs are at this time. Millions of people are in the same boat as you, try not to despair, I know it's not easy..... GOD WILL OPEN A DOOR FOR YOU GOD - HELPS THOSE WHO SEEK HIM! There is a lot of help that can be found in this site: Connecticut Financial Aid and Assistance Programs. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/...e_program.html Connecticut mortgage help and foreclosure assistance. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/...assistanc.html Charities and organizations that can help with paying bills. https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/...ations_th.html COVID-19 INFORMATION AND RESOURCES https://www.fhfa.gov/Homeownersbuyer/MortgageAssistance Financial Assistance Options for Mortgage Payments https://www.debt.org/real-estate/mor...-pay-mortgage/ ____________________________________ Connecticut has started a mandatory foreclosure mediation program. It is available to all homeowners, regardless of their income or the reason that they are behind on their mortgage. The Connecticut judicial branch offers mediation to homeowners who receive a foreclosure notice. The homeowner will need to meet with the lender to try to determine if both parties can find an alternative to the foreclosure process. They will do this using the services of a independent third part specialist. Mediators staff the courthouses throughout Connecticut and they will meet with lenders and borrowers to try to work out a settlement to save the save. Here are some common questions and more information. (...) you can find more inside this link: https://www.needhelppayingbills.com/...re_mediat.html This site should be able to help with mediation https://www.ctfairhousing.org/foreclosure-resources/ you can use the money from the go fund me and with mediation -- hopefully work something out.....GOOD LUCK and keep us posted. |

OP: You were given a lot of info in the other post you made. Millions are having issues and don't even have a house to live in. Raising children and so many issues. I guess everyone needs to develop a gofundme deal, there are ways and many have posted already. I don't have money to give away.
OP: You say you have a house, I know renting out rooms in one's house is a big thing as many need to make ends meet. You have some empty rooms? Many yrs ago while I was in a moving transition, I had to rent a room in a guy's apt for a while until I found an apt. it helped me and helped him. There is a WAY. Be resourceful. |
