Of all episodes I was wondering how many of them actually never showed the Cleaver's at the dinner table or the kitchen table.
It can't be very many. I know this is a tough question and dumb but it does interest me.

I don't think it's dumb at all. I think one of the fascinations of this show is the small things. After all, it's not a big flashy show, but really about the day to day events of a very "ordinary" family.
That said, they do have a lot of meals, don't they? I think it's interesting given how incredibly fit they all are. But I think it had more of importance back then, the breakfast table, the dinner table. It was a good way to get them all in a situation where they could all discuss something, which the Cleavers did a lot. But, I will have to look for that, an episode where they don't eat. But then again, June is always preparing food. Someone had to eat it, right? |

That is a very good point frani. These 3 meals a day are not fruit salad either, bacon, pork chops, roast beef....not to mention the afterschool cookies! it is amazing that they were all so thin. If they stay thin eating that much I wonder what they eat at Lumpy's house!!! LOL
