Miriam Makeba
If you love Angelique Kidjo another singer you might like is Miriam Makeba. Miriam has been the premier voice of Africa for a long time and her songs are so magical and she even performs songs in English too. Some of Miriam Makeba's songs are The Click Song and Malaika which Angelique Kidjo covered on her first album and has even done duets with Harry Belafonte as well. When I hear African music it always reminds me of shopping at Cost Plus World Market because I love that store and that's the music they play while shopping there
