Starts September 1st.

What's leaving: Movies (Afternoons, evenings, and nights only)

What's new: Two And A Half Men

The movies will still be on the schedule, but they will just be in the early morning.

IFC has shown Two and a Half Men in the past. They must have just been giving it a rest lately and now are going to show it again.

M*A*S*H is a fantastic show. Its series finale still holds the record for highest rated non-sports telecast ever. Two and a Half Men is total garbage, those shows are nowhere close to the same league.

Is this channel still called the Independent Film Channel?

This channel lost it's identity years ago and bit the shark as the saying goes.

IFC has been showing it on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This is for Wednesdays only.

No, but they do show the Film Independent Spirit Awards though.

Lots of channels lost their identities long time ago, MTV isn't a music channel anymore, more like Miscellaneous Television, I don't think History or Science Channel are even correct either.

Starting September 4th, 3rd Rock From The Sun will be replacing Scrubs. This will just be Saturdays until September 25th, and Scrubs will still be on weekdays.
