Jamie Farr was masked and in the ep 'The Passerby'--the one about the Civil War widow watching the dead soldiers walk down the road. He was around 55 seconds into the ep.

I spotted Farr in several eps. of The Dick Van Dyke show, as the office pasty cart purveyor.
