When you were a kid growing up I bet you heard the song Dang Me by country singer Roger Miller? Then you might discover that Roger Miller became the spokesman for Grandy's in a commercial circa 1987. Grandy's "for those who are curious " was a fast food chain based in the southwest but mostly in Texas and New Mexico that served southern style food" The commercial featured Roger Miller singing a parody of his popular song You Can't Go Swimming In A Buffalo Herd describing Grandy's menu and he was actually pretty good in it. Roger Miller passed away in 1992 but if you are a newbie to Roger's music get some of his albums after seeing this commercial. As for Grandy's themselves the chain went broke but some Grandy's are surviving in Texas and New Mexico

Hi, Bestie! Roger Miller is one of my favorite singers! He also wrote the songs for Disney's Robin Hood movie. One of my top songs of his is "Ghug A Lug" have you heard that one?
