Gilligan's Island Helps Me Sleep
I sleep barely 4-5 hours each night, and lightly at that
When insomnia hits, I find putting on most ANY episode of GI with low volume and somewhat watching will lull me to sleep ! I usually don't erase my DVR of the episodes, just re-use them.
