Cousin Raymond gift to Florida
In the episode in 6th season, Cousin Raymond who is a compulsive gambler pay a visit to Evand family and shower them with gifts.
For Florida's gift, he give her keys to a three bedroom apartment on Lake View Drive and presented her with a $10,000 cashier’s check to cover the first year’s lease. That sound like a good gift, but the question rise as what the family is going to do after the year is up. Can they afford $833 monthly lease afterward. And if they can't, they probably can not get back into project since they are all grown with no kids. So they be worse off where they started. Cousin Raymond said he be around to help out financially if needed. But that is not too much assurance coming from a gambler.
