Exclamation Nancy has a weird voice!

Okay, for the Jo fans, no, I am not tryin' to say anything against Nancy here...this is just somethin' I've always been in tune to.

Has anyone else ever noticed that Nancy's voice is sooooo different when she's first on FOL? I mean, I know that girls' voices mature, and Blair/Nat/Toot all had younger soundin' voices in Season 1, but Nancy's seems exceptionally strange. I mean, it sounds really "airy", like somethin' in her vocal cords isn't fully developed or somethin'. But then later on after she's been on a while, she just sounds more "normal" and vocally mature.

Chris and I were both talkin' about this on AIM...so what do some o' y'all think? Did you notice the difference in Nancy's voice, and how different she sounded at first?

I noticed that too-I think it was her accent though but yeah in both new girls episodes her voice is like really high pitched then it got like "deeper". Girls voices dont "change" they just get alittle deeper when they get older. Unlike guys voices- now they CHANGE!!

I think it can all be attributed to her accent. It was was thicker in the first few seasons and perhaps her first season on the show she tried to really put it on because she wanted to prove herself.

Lol, I know girls' voices don't change, I was sayin' they mature. And some o' y'all are sayin' it's her accent, but it can't be just her accent, really listen to her---there's that airiness about her that isn't there later on...just kinda interesting...

Yeah, she hasn't lost that Bronx accent entirely. It pops up every now and then and when it does I just smile

I like how it sounds-hehehe
