In 1999 Double Dare made a comeback to Nickelodeon in a new remake called Double Dare 2000 and was a new version of Double Dare for the new generation. Double Dare 2000 featured all new physical challenges trivia and a remix of the famous Double Dare Obstacle Course. One interesting fact is that Marc Summers did not return to host Double Dare 2000 but was replaced by Jason Harris and Tiffany Phillips replaced Harvey as announcer. Although a board game was released of Double Dare 2000 Nickelodeon did little promotion of it and it was soon cancelled due to weak ratings. Since the weak Double Dare revival aired in 2019 Nickelodeon should think about reviving some of their game show classics for today's kids and if Double Dare gets another revival it should be done correctly

Hi, Bestie! Double dare was one Nickelodeon's best game shows. I think somebody like GSN should revive it and do it like it should be done. What do you think?

I thihk the original Double Dare was much better
