I'm reminded of Jim Bakker's gold-plated faucets and air-conditioned doghouse.
There was a story many years ago about one of the richest guys in the country having a solid-gold license plate frame on his limo. Reportedly, the chauffeur secretly switched the frame out for a cheap metal one that looked identical, and then sold it! |
