Even though he died last year I've been seeing Chadwick Boseman being mentioned a lot lately in the news and I'm wondering why he's still popular even though he's no longer alive? Is it because they want to keep Chadwick's memory alive or are they trying to make people rediscover his movies? Because I have been seeing a lot more tributes to Chadwick Boseman being made and I think they are trying to make him the new James Dean of the 2020's. Never have I seen a celebrity who's no longer living get so much popularity as Chadwick Boseman has gotten

I don't think people in general become unpopular when they die; in fact, I think they often achieve "classic" or "martyr" status.

Hi, Bestie! I agree with Retro, remember, an artists work gets more valuable after they die because they won't be making any more. So that is why Chadwick is more popular.
