If you always wanted to learn the inside scoop on cooking Chinese cuisine Martin Yan taught you everything on his cooking show Yan Can Cook that aired on PBS from the 80's to the 90's. Before chef Ming Tsai impressed the world with his amazing cooking Martin Yan was the chef to teach you the ABC's of traditional Chinese cooking. If you get a chance go on Youtube and see clips of Yan Can Cook and you'll see what I mean

I watched it when it was on originally. It was kind of impressive at first but it becomes repetitive after awhile. His big forte was cutting or chopping very fast and the audience clapped but how many times can you watch it?
