Which episode do Oliver and Lisa buy Eb a car?

I seem to remember an episode from childhood in which Oliver and Lisa surprise Eb with a car. Oliver orders Eb to get to work, Eb starts to complain and Lisa actually backs Oliver and is like, "You heard your father!" Eb goes outside muttering about how Mrs Douglas has turned against him, then he sees the car they bought him.

Anyone know which episode that is?

I've just watched the series but didn't come across it, of course I did skip just a few episodes, if they looked particularly uninteresting... I plan to see those later...but namely the 2 in which Arnold goes to Hollywood, just b/c those are very vivid to me still

"Jealousy" Season 6, episode 3

The scene you're talking about happens at the very end. It's actually very touching and it's the only time in the series Oliver refers to himself as Eb's father.

They never showed the car in future episodes so I always assumed Eb crashed it or something. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thanks so much... I must have skipped that one, I'll have to go back and watch it! I knew I didn't dream it! lol

I guess for some reason, I was thinking it was going to be the FINAL episode, it would have been a touching scene to end the series on.
