Yesh...but I suppose you could do a search on the net for an animation maker or sumfin...eh?

Paint Shop Pro ones make them all huge, just do this, make the frames you want in the animation or if your putting pics in the animation then get those all set, then download Animagic, That puts pics together so then you insert all the different pics and it plays em back to back then save it(As a GIF) And then its an animation...
