are WELCOME TO KOREA and FADE OUT, FADE IN on DVD as one hour which is how they were originally shown; or are they in 2 parts like they're shown on ME TV?

They’re both presented as one-hour episodes. The only hourlong episode that’s presented as two half-hour episodes on the DVDs is season 7’s “Our Finest Hour,” and that’s because they’d lost the original network master, so they had to use the syndication edit. Consequently, it’s also the only episode in which the laugh track can’t be turned off.
