If the link doesn't work, it's the first season Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends episode Thomas in Trouble which features a plot that could've easily been used for a TAGS episode, given it features Britain's answer to Barney Fife and the very Mayberyesque Ffarquhar. The only difference is that instead of Britain's answer to Andy it's the Fat Controller who comes up with a solution |
