I've always liked Julie Foster, but her alter ego Gloria Cusick, not so much.

I believe that June is the real "hottie" in the crowd.

Shoutout for lovely Candy Moore, who played Margie Manners. It's easy to see why Wally was smitten:

'Judy Walker'. The babysitter on 'No Time for Babysitters'.

Runner up: 'Georgia Battson' on 'Beaver's Electric Trains'. She's the sister of the boy Beaver was to give his trains to. She comes over to pick them up, and Wally is starstruck looking at her.

In S3 E30 "Beaver Finds a Wallet". Valerie Allen. The "no gift for you" lady. When she's first shown on the police station bench. Wow! How the scene was shot really captured her beauty. Some side notes. There's the garbage man as the police sergeant (James Kirkpatrick). Also a man's wallet? If so. Not losing the purse it was in? If it was her husband's. Why was she carrying it? What did it drop out of? The sky?

Judy was played by Barbara Parkins, who is most known for her starring role in Valley of the Dolls. She also played an Emmy-nominated role in Peyton Place on ABC, and played several character roles starting in 1961.

I third Judy Walker. Also Mary Ellen Rodgers (but then I tend to prefer brunettes).

Mary Ellen Rodgers
Margie Manners -- the only time I was ever annoyed by June

Valerie Allen was an interesting choice

Eddie Haskell's mom was played by two strikingly good-looking brunettes, Anne Barton and Ann Doran.

Getting back to blonde ladies, how about Wally's tennis-playing love interest (Season 5), played by Carole Martin:

I go with Carol Sydes as Penny Jamison and Alma Hansen. She also played Helen and Nita. She was stunningly cute and gorgeous at the same time. I liked Beverly Washburn for her extreme sweetness.

Mouseketeer Cheryl Holdridge is in more than a few
Candy Moore (but I associate her more with The Donna Reed Show)
Marta Kristen is in one episode holding a party

Was Roberta Shore on Beaver?

No Roberta Shore on Beaver. I do like her and I wish she was on more than a few episodes of Father Knows Best. In her initial appearances she was credited as Jymme Shore (her middle name).

I also liked Carol Sydes as Alma Hanson (the Penny character, not so much). If Wally had had a steady girlfriend, she would definitely be a top contender. The writers gave her some good lines when Wally brought Eddie over.
