Is Easter not being promoted in commercials this year? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Now that Easter is just around the corner I have noticed that Easter is not being promoted in commercials this year and I cannot figure out why? When I was watching TV this morning the only Easter commercials i've seen were the Cadbury Bunny commercial and one for Reese's eggs and it tells me that Easter is not big as it once was. I remember when Easter was a big holiday and every March up till Easter you would see tons of commercials for Easter and it was like the Christmas commercials you see during the holidays. But now there's few Easter commercials and it tells me that Easter isn't as big as Christmas now

Hi, Bestie! I notice Easter is not being celebrated on TV either. I think they are trying to get rid of Easter. But what will they replace it with? Probably some ridiculous politically correct imaginary holiday that does not offend anybody. I say bring back Easter!
