Thomas Middleditch Accused of Sexual Misconduct at Now Closed L.A. Goth Nightclub in 2019

Former "Silicon Valley" star Thomas Middleditch (now on CBS' "B Positive") has been accused of sexual misconduct towards a then-21-year-old woman while the two were on the dance floor of the now-defunct private Goth club Cloak & Dagger in Hollywood back in 2019.

In an expose published on Sunday, the L.A. Times reported that according to club-goer Hannah Harding, Middleditch made "lewd sexual overtures" toward her and her girlfriend in front of several employees including Kate Morgan, operations manager of the members-only club where Middleditch was one of many famous faces who was a regular at the notoriously "uninhibited" parties.

Morgan told the Times she alerted co-founders Adam Bravin and Michael Patterson of the unwelcome behavior but felt like "they dismissed it." It was not until a week later, she says, that Bravin reached out to her about the incident, and even then only to tell her that she must have been mistaken.

The Times quoted an IG dm that Harding said she later received from Middleditch: "Hannah I had no idea my actions were that weird for you ... I know you probably want to just put me on blast as a monster ... I don't expect you to want to be my friend or anything ... I am so ashamed I made you uncomfortable."

EW has reached out to reps for Middleditch, who previously declined the newspaper's request for comment. EW has not spoken directly with Harding, but is out to Bravin and Patterson for comment on the allegations.

No legal charges, civil or criminal, have been brought.

"Silicon Valley" alum Alice Wetturlund has responded to sexual misconduct allegations made against Thomas Middleditch.

“Tried to warn you all about Middleditch but noooooo,” Wetterlund tweeted on Sunday, “not everyone’s favorite tinyman who looks like he lives in a clock!”

I enjoy B Positive (just saw the latest episode tonight), and decided to read about Middleditch on Wikipedia. Seems like a weirdo.

Gets married but had an “open relationship” with her and he said during the relationship that “Swinging saved our marriage.”, which it didn’t. I mean, if you are going to have sex with multiple people, don’t get married. Marriage is commitment to your partner. He must have a large member because Rob Lowe he isn’t.

The Wikipedia article also mentions this story above and it happened at a Goth bar. Goth? The kids who dress like The Munsters going to raves listening to depressing or suicidal music while on MDMA? Dunno.

So, it's a private club, that is notorious for having uninhibited parties And this behavior was totally unexpected? I'm not saying she "had it coming", but when you immerse yourself into dubious company, you really shouldn't be surprised when things happen.

If you choose to run with thieves, can you legitimately claim to be shocked if your wallet comes up missing?

What will this gal do for an encore? "Oh, just because I agreed to come home with you from a bar at 2 AM, you seem to have gotten the wrong idea"?
