This was actually a poll that was asked by the House and Home channel. I think it's perfect for people like ourseves who truly love sitcoms.
My vote is: The Drummonds. They look like they always had fun. Runner up: The Keatons I didn't choose these because: 1. The Huxtables- Cliff would probably cook something that I've never heard of before. 2. The Brady's- They'd probably all be singing the entire time 3. The Ricardos- I'd probably get caught up in some hair brained scheme

The Griffin family from "Family Guy."
Peter, Brian and I could slam some martinis at the "Bearded Clam" afterward...

The Harpers from "Mama's Family"---a great home-cooked meal by a wonderful grandmother cook, plus hilarious dinner conversation!
![]() What more could one want? ![]() I think my 2nd choice would be the Owenses from "Mr. Belvedere", especially if funny Mr. B could stick around and eat with us. And I'd want a seat by cute li'l Heather...

It'd have to be the Stones from "The Donna Reed Show."
I know Mary'd give some long speech, but of course Jeff would shut her up. Donna would tell everyone what happened at the supermarket that day, and Alex would give some wisecrack about the whole situation that took place at the supermarket. And me, I'd just bask in the glow of being in Donna Stone's house. That house had one of the best floor plans ever........the first floor at least. |

The Tanners from "ALF"
I'd enjoy hearing what ALF has to say. I'd of course bring some lint with me since that is worth a lot on his planet and we could talk about "Gilligan's Island". I'd also have to keep the cat away from him, but oh well. |

The Ricardos & the Mertzes, of course, but also...
...I think it would be cool to eat with the Tanners from "Full House", because it would be all crazy with so many people at the table. And with Danny Tanner making the dinner, at least I'd know that it is sanitary ...The Bunkers of "All in the Family" would be very interesting to eat with -- there's no telling where the conversation would go or when Archie and Meathead would start to fight. ...Even though this isn't really considered a family, the gang from "Three's Company" would be a lot of fun. My main reason would be to taste Jack's cooking and see if he really deserves to be a chef! ..."The Jeffersons": I would want to see George argue with the maid, Florence, about what is being served, or the service |

The Huxtables-- I would love sharing family stories with them. It would be a good time.
The Tates and Campbells--Never a dull moment, who knows when a food fight might erupt. |
