In 2000 CBS launched Now And Again a drama series that starred Eric Close and Dennis Haysbert and ran for two seasons. It was a great series that was my mom's favorite because of the great storyline and it's a shame Now And Again got cancelled because it was so cool and featured an R&B like theme song. Eric Close went on to star in such Hallmark Hall Of Fame movies such as Follow The Stars Home and is a successful movie actor at the moment

Eric Close also starred in Without a Trace for 7 seasons, one of the best crime dramas ever from the 2000s decade.

Hi, Bestie! I liked that show too, but my favorite Dennis Haysbert tv show was "The Unit" and I like him in the Allstate commercials too. What is your favorite Dennis Haysbert role?

I remember Now and Again because I loved it! It was one of two excellent shows from that season that got pink slips! The other was Freaks and Geeks.

I remember Now & Again too, It was a one season show on Fridays up against TGIF so I can recall flipping back & forth.
