TV's Weirdest Crossovers: Boy Meets World and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch
It was fairly commonplace for TGIF sitcoms to cross over — remember when Steve Urkel paid the Tanner family a visit? — but Sabrina took place in a supernatural world, whereas "Boy Meets World" (mostly) took place in our reality.
Even weirder than Eric going out on a date with the titular Teenage Witch was having Salem show up the following week and transport Cory, Topanga & Co. back to the 1940s for a World War II-era adventure. Boy Meets World Season 5, Episode 5 and Episode 6 https://tvline.com/lists/weirdest-tv...teenage-witch/ |

I agree!
Salem had zero interaction with any of the cast (and none of them seemed to be aware of any kind of 'spell') and his asides were annoying rather than amusing. 'No Guts, No Cory' would have worked FAR better had they just have had Cory fall asleep while Mr. Feeny was talking about WWII- and THEN dreamed up the whole premise! Truly, if they ever decided to re-release this episode with ALL of Salem's scenes edited out, that would be just fine by me! |
