Talking Your first time

When the the first time you drove a car? Was it easy or hard? Did you get into any accidents that cause your insurance to skyrocket? LOL Juuust wondering.

BTW, if you don't drive, replace the word car with bicycle.

hm...the first time i drove was in the target parking lot like over a year ago. well, like 10 minutes later my dad decides i'm ready enough to be by myself. lol..so he gets out and walks around just a few feet away. big mistake-i ran over a curb and a shopping cart. lol. the first time i drived on the street was ok. cuz the instructer guy was with me. today though-man, i almost got into like 2 accidents. the second time this car came out of my blind spot after i checked it twice to make a lane change and she comes from around me and honks her horn and goes "what the hell is the matter with you you mother fuc*er?!?" and gives me the middle finger. so of course, my dad and her had it out by using curse words and middle fingers. lol...

Well I had probably the worst first day test drives. Here it goes: I sped. I followed too closely. I ran a stop sign. I almost hit a Chevy. I sped some more. I failed to yield at a crosswalk. I changed lanes at an intersection. I changed lanes without signaling while running a red light and SPEEDING!

I also have unpaid parking tickets.

Your first time driving was on real roads? I'd be scared to death.. and probably would have made just as many mistakes as you.

My first time on a bike.... I crashed into a door.... I sped dwon the hill and didn't stop or turn and crashed into the house @ the bottom of the hill.... I'm pathetic... I crash everything.

lol, my first time driving on an actual road (other than around empty parking lots and my driveway) was this morning!
I was scared stiff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but it actually went ok. The whole first five minutes i was whispering "im gonna hit someone....im gonna hit something....im gonna drive into a mailbox....i want to drive a horse and carriage.....then all id have to do is say "whoa"....i want to become amish.....help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But after that it got better and I didnt hit anything and im not planning to become amish
nope, no accidents yet. give me time!!

(nice topic subject btw)

That all sounds vaguely familiar? Are we a Jim Carry fan, Chris?

Anyway, my first time driving was when I was 14 and it was on a small road and when another car came by me I pulled over onto the grass cause I didn't want to hit it The person behind me must of thought I was crazy, which I was at the moment, but it was pricelss-I scared my mom to death.
Now my problem is speeding...gotta work on that because I take my driver's test in a matter of weeks.
