Default Jackie Gleason comics:

I know that there are two incarnations of the Honeymooners comic books but there are also Jackie Gleason comic books out there made by St. John. How many plain Jackie Gleason comic books were made? I went onto comicbookplus.com and they only have four

Complete info on the DC series, including covers and content.

12 issues, Jun/Jul 1956 to Apr/May 1958 - so it outlasted the classic 39 and the last season of the "The Jackie Gleason Show"

Thanks. I have a few Honeymooners comic books from the 50s and the ads in them show their age for obvious reasons.

There are several on ebay, almost all the time.

I think Frank is talking about the 2 different series. 1. Jackie Gleason by St. John 2. Jackie Gleason and The Honeymooners by DC.

Yeah, that’s what I am talking about. I have seen them on eBay. They go for a lot of money.

The 12 volume series from 1956-58, if someone has the complete collection I imagine it has some decent value to it.

I think his friend Norton was slightly funnier. Mr. Kramden's screaming gets old after a while. Email me to discuss show eve0715@aol.com
